We Build the Technical Foundation Founders Actually Scale On
Most startups rebuild their system every 2–3 years because it wasn't built to last. We're a Jakarta-based engineering studio. We build it right the first time — at a fraction of what Singapore and Australian agencies charge.
The Problem Most Founders Hit Between $10K–$100K MRR
"We just kept adding features"
Every new feature takes longer to ship because nothing is modular. Your developers dread touching old code. This is not a people problem — it’s an architecture problem.
"It worked fine until we had real users"
Systems not built for scale break visibly in front of customers. Slow load times kill retention. Downtime kills investor confidence.
"We’re rebuilding from scratch. Again."
The average SaaS team rebuilds core infrastructure every 2–3 years. Each rebuild costs $30,000–$150,000 in lost time and developer hours. It’s not inevitable. It’s preventable.
The cost of building it wrong isn’t the first build. It’s every build after that.
We help digitalization for businesses that want serious growth.
We focus on building scalable technical foundations, not just shipping features. If you are ready to scale without being held back by your architecture, let's talk.
What a Properly Engineered System Actually Looks Like
A roadmap to predictable growth.
| Without Scalefort | With Scalefort |
|---|---|
| Every new feature takes weeks | New features ship in days |
| Devs afraid to touch old code | Modular, documented codebase |
| System slows down as users grow | Architecture scales horizontally |
| Investors flag technical risk | Clean audit = investor confidence |
| Rebuild every 2–3 years | Built once, extended forever |
"We don’t just write code. We think about what you’ll need to add in 18 months — and make sure adding it doesn’t break what you have today."
— Gregorius Eldwin, Founder, Scalefort Cloud
Architecture-First Framework
A structured process built to eliminate chaos and ensure zero-downtime scaling.
Clarity & System Blueprint
We translate business goals into technical architecture before writing a single line of code. You get a firm roadmap and fixed pricing.
Structured Build Execution
Development happens in weekly sprints with transparent progress. No "black box" engineering — you see the system growing every week.
Launch & Continuous Stability
We ensure a stable release with 30 days of post-launch support included. Your system is built for the growth you expect.
What We’ve Actually Built
Most Agencies Optimize for Delivery Speed. We Optimize for Your Next 3 Years.
The difference between a system that scales and one that collapses isn’t the technology stack. It’s the decisions made in the first two weeks of architecture. We’ve been the team called in to do the rebuild. Now we’re the team that prevents it.
We don't sell code. We sell systems that grow.
Code is a liability. Systems are assets. Most agencies focus on shipping lines of code. We focus on shipping business outcomes.

Hi, I'm Gregorius Eldwin.
Founder & Lead Engineer, Scalefort Cloud
I've been building software since 2019: full-stack web applications, SaaS platforms, infrastructure migrations, custom APIs. I founded Scalefort because I kept seeing the same pattern — founders spending months and tens of thousands of dollars rebuilding systems that should have been built right the first time.
I'm based in Jakarta, Indonesia. I work with founders across Southeast Asia, Singapore, Australia, and the US — because good engineering doesn't have a geography.
I don't have a team of 50. I have deep technical focus, a network of specialized collaborators, and a personal stake in every system I put my name on.
Trusted by Founders and Engineers
"Gregorius is a very thoughtful partner — working with him has been a great experience. He is very reliable, always one step ahead, and foresees every decision with careful consideration. He's been incredibly helpful with his full-stack skills, critical about every developed feature, and always builds with great practice yet stays flexible."
"We've joined hands on several projects, and Gregorius Eldwin is one of the best people I've had as a partner. His dedication to getting work done is second to none, and his always-positive attitude made working with him a blast. He will do great things wherever he ends up."
